How We Review: The Checks Behind Every Operator Page
JILIPG is an independent guide and not an operator: no cashier, no deposits, no games, no balances. This page exists because a site that describes casinos should say how, in public, in writing. Below are the checks this site runs, where its sight stops, and what commercial arrangements sit behind its links. You will find no score and no ranked list here, for a reason set out in the first section. 21+.
The reason there is no rating
Think about what a rating has to do. It must turn a licence disclosure, a payment rail, a KYC rule and a complaints route — four things measured in different units — into one number. The only way to do that is to pick secret weights, and the reader never sees them. The output looks precise and carries less information than the list it replaced.
It also creates something saleable. A ranked table has positions, positions can be moved, and in affiliate publishing they routinely are. Reporting each check separately removes that temptation at source and leaves the weighting with the person whose money it is.
The seven checks
| Check | What we read | What a weak result means for you |
|---|---|---|
| Licence disclosure | The terms and footer, for a named operating company and a named regulator — not a badge graphic | You do not know who is legally holding your money, which makes every later step harder |
| Payment rails | The cashier page, against how e-wallet, InstaPay, PESONet and over-the-counter rails publicly work | Expect surprises about which route your withdrawal actually takes and why it stalled |
| Terms clarity | The full terms, for withdrawal conditions, wagering multiples and maximum-bet rules | The rule that voids your bonus will be one you could not have found in advance |
| KYC rules | The verification policy, especially whether name-matching is stated before you deposit | You discover the rule at withdrawal, which is the worst possible moment |
| Complaint route | Any documented escalation beyond live chat | Live chat becomes the ceiling of your options, which is a real cost in a dispute |
| Responsible-gaming tools | Whether deposit limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion are reachable without asking an agent | A tool you have to negotiate for is a tool you will not use on the night you need it |
| App distribution and support | How a mobile build is distributed, and which support channels are published and answer | Pressure to sideload or to disable protections tells you how the operator weighs your safety against its install numbers |
How the checks are run
- Read the operator's own pages and record what they say on the date read, rather than paraphrasing a competitor's summary.
- Take the company name from the terms and look for it in a regulator's own published list, reached by typing the regulator's domain — never by clicking a badge.
- Compare each claimed payment rail against how that rail demonstrably works in public, and flag loose or wrong descriptions.
- Click the promised links. A tool or policy that cannot be reached is reported as unreachable.
- Read the promotions page and the terms side by side, because contradictions between them are where the real story usually sits.
- Record silence as a finding. An unstated name-matching rule or a missing complaints route is reported as missing.
What we cannot check, stated plainly
An honest limit is worth more than a confident invention, so here is the boundary. None of the following is knowable from outside, and this site does not claim any of it.
- How long a withdrawal takes. We hold no account anywhere and have deposited nothing, so a printed payout time would be fiction. Those times are set by the operator — check its cashier page.
- Fees, minimums, maximums, bonus amounts and VIP thresholds, all of which the operator sets and can change quietly.
- Whether a game's real returns match its published RTP, which no outside party can establish over any human number of rounds.
- What happens inside a support queue, or how any individual dispute was resolved.
- Whether a licence still stands today, rather than on whatever date a register was last issued.
- What is inside any mobile installer. This site does not host, link to or inspect them.
Where a question falls in that list, the page names who to ask instead — which is why so many sentences here end at the operator's cashier page rather than at a number.
Partner links, and what they do not buy
Some outbound links may be partner links, earning a commission if a reader signs up through one. Three fixed rules follow. The text of a page is not for sale, at any price. No operator reads, approves or sees a page before publication. And nothing — a mention, a position, a softened sentence, a deleted criticism — can be bought. With no ranked list on the site, the usual lever simply does not exist here.
Anonymous on purpose, and no invented sessions
No byline, no portrait, no job title. The standard alternative in this niche is a fictional expert with a stock photograph and a biography nobody can check, and plain anonymity is the more honest option. For the same reason, this site never claims to have deposited, played, timed a payout or spoken to an agent. It has not.
What stands in place of authority is sourcing you can repeat. Every factual claim here is either a public, checkable fact about a payment rail, a game mechanic or a platform rule, or a report of what an operator itself publishes — and the sentence says which.
Dates and corrections
Operator terms change without notice, so every page carries published and modified dates and you should weigh them. Where a detail will drift, the page points at the operator's live page instead of freezing a number — deliberately. If something here is wrong, the correction is more valuable than the sentence it replaces.
And the standing notice: JILIPG is an independent guide, not a gambling operator. It takes no deposits, runs no games, holds no balances and cannot act on any account. Gambling is for adults 21 and over, and the limit and self-exclusion tools on your operator account exist for the moment play stops being a free choice.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why no scores or rankings?
Because a score hides its own weights and a ranked list creates a position that money can move. Reporting each check on its own keeps the information intact and leaves the weighting to the reader, whose priorities differ from ours.
Have you played at these operators?
No. This site holds no accounts and has deposited nothing, which is exactly why you will not find a payout time, fee or minimum quoted here. Those belong on the operator's cashier page, where they are current.
Why is there no author name?
Because the usual alternative is an invented reviewer with a stock photo and an unverifiable job title. Anonymity is more honest than that. Nothing on this site depends on who wrote it; each claim is checkable on its own.
Do partner links change the content?
No. Links may be partner links, which is disclosed here and in the footer. No operator sees a page before publication, nothing is for sale, and there is no ranking for a commission to shift.
What is the most serious finding you can report?
An unnamed operating company with no licence disclosure, because it means nobody has publicly accepted responsibility for your balance. After that: a name-matching rule revealed only at withdrawal, no documented complaints route, and pressure to disable phone security to install an app.
Can I ask you to check a specific operator claim?
We can only report what is published and whether it is internally consistent, so a claim about payout speed or a specific dispute is outside our reach — ask the operator's support and get the answer in writing with a ticket number. A claim about terms or disclosure is exactly what this method is for.
